Why do these cost more than brands like LaCroix if it's just flavored sparkling water?

Because it’s not JUST flavored sparkling water! We laboriously create our own extracts using organic herbs, many of which we grow ourselves. We use these herbal extracts to flavor the sparkling water.  We never use any so-called “natural flavors”, which often contain nasty chemicals.
