Can I delay shipment of my order?
Orders ship out in the order they are received. We cannot delay the shipment of an order, so please be sure you will be in town to receive it. -
Can I pick up my order locally from DRAM?
Unfortunately we're not able to offer local pickup in Salida, CO all orders are placed and shipped through our website at dramapothecary.com. Can I update my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot update your order once you have placed it. We do not keep your credit card information on file, so we are unable to edit the products you have purchased. Can you do anything if the order has already left your facility in Salida/Denver?
If the order has already shipped with an incorrect address, we suggest trying to contact FedEx or USPS to try to reroute the package, and/or correct the address. We’re extremely sorry, but there is not a whole lot we can do. We cannot offer a refund or reship the product at no cost. We know this... -
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority/First Class Mail. FedEx typically takes 2-5 business days and USPS 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that drinks and non-drink products so ship separately. -
Currently, we only ship our products within the United States. This does include Alaska and Hawaii! *Please note that due to the distance, Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Free Shipping discounts at this time.

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.

I've only received half my order / Will I receive everything at the same time?
It's completely normal to receive your order in multiple shipments! Drinks ship directly from our facility via FedEx Ground, while drops, bitters, and other non-drink products ship separately via USPS from our Salida workshop. -
This is a gift, can i include a note?
We do not offer gift note options at this time, however, you are more than welcome to utilize the “Company” line in checkout, to write your name or who it is from. On the shipping label, this will appear right below the receiver’s name. In addition, we do not include receipts in our shipments. -
What do I do if my order appears to be lost?
If you feel USPS or FedEx has lost your order it is your responsibility to contact them first. We have the same tracking information as you do. As the receiving party, you need to be the one to contact USPS or FedEx to reschedule a delivery, inquire about a lost package, change the shipping addre... -
